FAA Awards AS&T TSLE T&E Contract
The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has awarded AS&T a contract to provide Test and Evaluation (T&E) support services for Terminal Second Level Engineering (TSLE).  AS&T will provide T&E support for in-service modifications to ATC Automation systems at Terminal facilities (including towers).  The 5-year contract is located at the FAA’s William J. Hughes Technical Center (WJHTC) in Pomona, NJ.  AS&T would like to thank the AS&T employees for the quality service they have provided to AJM-247 over the last 5 years and here is to 5 more!

 
FAA Awards AS&T the SE2025 System Engineering Small Business Contract
The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has awarded AS&T a Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for SE2025 Systems Engineering to provide technical engineering and test support to the National Airspace System (NAS) Terminal Air Traffic Control (ATC) Automation Systems. If all options are exercised the contract runs till June 29, 2025.  The scope of SE2025 includes: Systems Engineering; technical, financial, and programmatic support services; other aviation related support services, that include but not limited to, systems engineering & integration, investment and business case analysis, system acquisition program planning & management, system development & implementation planning & management, System Life Extension Program/Technical Refresh planning, program & contract management, forecasting and business/financial/information management; and other support services for NAS, Non-NAS, and other aviation related efforts that the FAA may require under the FAA Acquisition Management System (AMS).  
 
FAA Awards AS&T the Terminal Air Traffic Control (ATC) Automation Test and Evaluation (T&E) Contract.
AS&T was awarded by The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) a contract to provide technical engineering and test support to the National Airspace System (NAS) Terminal Air Traffic Control (ATC) Automation Systems. The 5-year, $31 million contract is located at the FAA's William J. Hughes Technical Center (WJHTC) in Pomona, NJ.

AS&T Receives SeaPort-e Contract
November 2013 AS&T was awarded a SeaPort Enhanced (SeaPort-e) IDIQ Contract by the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division on behalf of the Naval Sea Systems Command and the Navy Virtual SYSCOM.  AS&T, as a Prime, was awarded support services in 12 Functional Areas which include: FA1-Research and Development Support; FA2-Engineering, System Engineering and Process Engineering Support; FA3-Modeling, Simulation, Stimulation, and Analysis Support; FA5-System Design Documentation and Technical Data Support; FA6-Software Engineering, Development, Programming and Network Support; FA10-Configuration Management Support; FA11-Quality Assurance Support; FA14-Interoperability, Test and Evaluation, Trials Support; FA18-Training Support; FA19-In-Service Engineering, Fleet Introduction, Installation and Checkout Support; FA20-Program Support; and FA21-Functional and Administrative Support which includes 6 Zones:  Zone 1-Northeast; Zone 2-National Capital; Zone 3-Mid Atlantic; Zone 4-Gulf Coast; Zone 5-Midwest; and Zone 6-Southwest.  


Todd Hammer, Program Manager for Northrop Grumman (NG) Corporation, presented AS&T the prestigious "Supplier Excellence Award". This Award is in recognition of the outstanding services provided by AS&T's Staff for 2013 in support of the FAA's Traffic Flow Management Modernization (TFMM) Test and Evaluation Program. It was the second time in a row that AS&T was awarded the honor.  Frank A. Valenti, AS&T President and CEO, accepted the award on behalf of the Company. The Northrop Grumman Supplier recognition Program recognizes and incentivizes suppliers to continuously provide outstanding support to the Company and the sector. Each Company is selected from more than 5,000 Information Systems Sector Suppliers, was evaluated on five categories:  Scheduling,  Management, Technical, Financial and Quality.
