AS&T’s staff brings a track record of over 27 years of continuous Engineering and Maintenance support for all NAS systems at the WJHTC encompassing our current and predecessor contracts. WJHTC NAS laboratories consist of EnRoute; Terminal; Radar; Communications and Data Distribution System Support Facilities (SSFs). For each of these facilities AS&T provides 1st, 2nd and 3rd level maintenance as required; ISO-9001 QMS Support; Preventative and Corrective Maintenance; Trouble Reporting; System Configuration; Troubleshooting; Inventory; Documentation; Engineering Support; and Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) support.
The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has awarded AS&T a contract to provide Test and Evaluation (T&E) support services for Terminal Second Level Engineering (TSLE). AS&T will provide T&E support for in-service modifications to ATC Automation systems at Terminal facilities (including towers). The 5-year contract is located at the FAA’s William J. The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has awarded AS&T a Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for SE2025 Systems Engineering to provide technical engineering and test support to the National Airspace System (NAS) Terminal Air Traffic Control (ATC) Automation Systems. If all options are exercised the contract runs till June 29, 2025. The scope of SE2025 includes: Systems Engineering; technical, financial, and programmatic support services; other aviation related support services, that include but not limited to, systems engineering & integration, investment and business case analysis, system acquisition program planning & management, system development & implementation planning & management, System Life Extension Program/Technical Refresh planning, program & contract management, forecasting and business/financial/information management; and other support services for NAS, Non-NAS, and other aviation related efforts that the FAA may require under the FAA Acquisition Management System (AMS).
